Collection and delivery of equipment(s) to your facilities
The collection of equipment, in the context of a computer breakdown, is always carried out on your premises and subsequent analysis is carried out through our laboratory fault diagnosis service. The prices for Pulsaris repair services are extremely competitive compared to the competition, and our technical interventions are rigorous in terms of reliability and quality. Our repairs are covered by a minimum warranty period of 6 (six) months on the subject of the technical repair.
Most frequent technical interventions
Accidents or negligence are the most common causes of your equipment's display becoming unusable. We replace screens of various formats and graphic resolutions.
We carry out advanced replacement or repair operations for your equipment's graphics card components.
Breakdowns due to wear caused by high temperatures or sudden heating are the most common in this component.

How does the equipment collection process work?
Computer equipment is collected in the presence of representatives officially designated by the customer. The equipment is stored at its facilities for transport and subsequent evaluation in a computer laboratory with qualified professionals.
How long does the assessment and diagnosis process take?
A careful assessment of your equipment allows you to determine the cause of the failure and the intervention necessary for its correct repair. The evaluation process may involve the technical opening of equipment and provides for a wide range of tests on electronic components, mechanical components, plastic parts and metal parts.
Between two and fifteen working days of technical evaluation
The processes foreseen in the diagnosis determine temporal variability according to the technical specificities of each computer equipment received by our services. Therefore, the expected time for evaluation and delivery of the respective diagnostic report varies between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the fault and the type of the respective equipment (check expected deadlines here).
What happens after accepting the fault diagnosis?
After acceptance of the fault diagnosis, the equipment repair process is activated with the technical objective of the terms presented to the customer. The cost of equipment diagnosis is partially deducted from the final cost of the repair, in accordance with the price list in force at the time (does not include the value of parts and/or components used in the technical intervention).
And if the equipment cannot be repaired, what happens?
If our services identify that your equipment cannot be repaired, we will give you a credit for the exact value of the equipment diagnosis (does not include credit for the collection and repair costs). delivery of equipment). The diagnostic value credit can be used for any other IT service included in division C of our price tables (does not include purchase of products, equipment or software applications).
