Pulsaris offers this service from €39.90 per month with an annual commitment and the inclusion of up to 240 monthly minutes*, which cannot be accumulated, for support at your company's workstations.
Balance your IT expenses
Assistance under these terms is suitable for short technical interventions that do not involve physical access to computer equipment present on our clients' premises. In this modality, assistance is charged in fractions of 30 minutes immediately after the first minute of interconnection with your workstation and so on in consecutive fractions of 30 minutes.
* Minimum response time is 1 hour (weekdays); average response time is 2 hours (weekdays); the maximum response time is 48 hours (weekdays), and the request must be made to it@pulsaris.eu; 240 monthly minutes are available to Web Hosting customers in the 360° format (other customers have 120 minutes available per month, non-cumulative, by default in the annual subscription).

Special conditions for Web Hosting customers in 360° format.
Customers with minutes available in Web Hosting subscriptions in 360° format can use their 120 minutes of "limit" in remote access assistance services and in-person assistance (Lisbon district), thus totaling 240 minutes per month.* For this allocation of minutes, it is necessary to have an active and duly regularized "Remote Access" subscription with Pulsaris.
High quality standard for safe execution
Operations are carried out to ensure the effective resolution of the events that led to the provision of IT assistance. If the employees of your company or entity request it, we will also freely and spontaneously instruct the necessary steps so that the computer incident is not repeated on the equipment or so that it can be resolved autonomously, if, of course, the operation reduced technical complexity.
* The cost of travel to your premises is charged according to the current table; if the cost of in-person assistance is exceeded, the respective in-person IT assistance fee will apply.

1 The subscription includes 120 minutes per month for IT Assistance via Remote and/or In-person Access (the amount is not cumulative between months).
2 The 120 monthly minutes are allocated every month and do not include the value(s) of any trips to customer facilities (Lisbon district).
3 The 120 monthly minutes from subsequent months, belonging to the customer's annual active subscription (months that have not yet been used), can be brought forward for IT Assistance operations via Remote Access and/or In-Person IT Assistance (only in the District of Lisbon).
4 Customers with Web Hosting plans in Version 360° can use their "Internet Services 360°" monthly minute allowance. (the use of this feature implies the existence of an active and duly regularized annual subscription to the "Remote Assistance Service"); the customer can only use the maximum plafond available for the month in which it is used (exclusively in remote assistance, this is not valid for On-site Computer Assistance); the use of minutes purchased in "360° Internet Services" packages is not allowed; If you have questions about this format, please contact us at it@pulsaris.eu.
5 If the customer does not have an active subscription, an additional fee of €19.90 + VAT will be charged in the month corresponding to remote IT assistance; the amount is charged once a month.
6 "Unused" monthly minutes can only be accumulated between annual subscriptions that are active for consecutive periods; to do so, a single fee of €99.00 + VAT must be paid.
