Service for companies, professionals and organizations
Laboratory assistance is the recommended option for operations that require prolonged intervention time and whose resolution time is not critical. The workstations are collected directly from the customers' premises and the assistance is charged according to the working days in which the equipment is in possession of our services.
Three different assistance modes
For this purpose, we present three different modalities with delivery deadlines of two, three or five working days. All operations that fall within the scope of computer assistance are charged according to the time available, regardless of the complexity of the requested intervention (except for data handling operations, data recovery and equipment with computer malfunctions that may increase this time frame).

One hour of free in-person IT support*
Upon delivery to your premises, you can request free in-person IT assistance for 60 minutes.* This offer is only applicable to IT equipment that has been serviced and delivered to your premises. The current rate applies to other equipment.
* Offer of 60 minutes of on-site IT assistance for the intervened equipment (valid at the time of delivery). If the assistance period is longer, in-person IT assistance will be charged (with a discount for the respective 60 minutes offered).
Free delivery to the same pick-up address.
If your equipment(s) are delivered to the same collection point, delivery of the intervened equipment(s) is free.
* If delivery is made to a different location than pick-up, the current travel fee applies. Currently the travel fare is €1.90 + (€0.75 / Km).

Availability: service available only to customers with facilities located in the Lisbon district; applicable terms of use.
1 Value defined for each individual computer equipment (intervention according to the deadline for delivery).
2 The delivery of equipment(s) is free when the address is the same as the one where the equipment(s) was collected; for delivery to another address, the route is charged according to the table in force.
3 In-person IT assistance is provided only at the time of delivery of the equipment; 60 minutes of free assistance are included, and if this period is longer, the normal IT assistance rate will apply.
4 The volume of data in the backup copies may increase the delivery time of the equipment(s) by half a working day for each additional block of 250 GB of data.
