International data center.*

In the SME version, your website is hosted in an international Datacenter that complies with GDPR/GDPR standards, and your email service can be stored in the European Union. The servers have high monthly availability and an increased redundancy factor in accordance with contracts with our customers and suppliers.

* Internet Hosting and/or Housing services may be subcontracted to third parties located in Portugal or abroad, with the client being notified in advance of this occurrence and of the subcontractor's compliance with GDPR standards.

Integral management of Hosting services.

In this solution, all services related to your Web Hosting plan are fully managed by us or by our subcontractors. All service management and maintenance processes are carried out at no additional cost in the final value of your subscription.

* Services not included in this subscription are managed using 360° Internet Services or Advance Solutions, depending on their nature.

Domain and DNS management.

DNS and domain management can be integrated into your Web Hosting plan. This integration has no additional cost when the Internet domain that is assigned to your Web Hosting plan is subscribed through our domain registration and management services.

* A limit number of Internet domains may be defined when this exceeds the predefined number of two domains for each Internet Hosting plan.

"Upgrade" or "Downgrade" of additives.

Both versions, Essential and PME, are configurable with predefined additives that allow you to increase the characteristics of your Internet Hosting plan. Conversely, our subscribers may cease using these additives when they are no longer used or applicable to the services.

* The term "Upgrade" refers to an increase in features or functionality; the expression "Downgrade" refers to the inverse situation that describes a reduction in characteristics or functionalities affected by your Web Hosting plan.

Internet traffic for your website.

Internet traffic generated by your website is not counted, except when there are individual files with a size equal to or greater than 4MB (4096KB). Examples of these are video, audio or image files with very high resolution. The remaining resources are only limited by available bandwidth.

* The traffic generated by individual files with a size equal to or greater than 4MB (4096KB) is counted, with a total monthly traffic limit of 50GB being defined for these (this limit can be increased by purchasing separate additives); the provision of content through streaming technology is available at Advance Solutions.

With 20GB of initial server space.

In the SME version you have 20480MB (20GB) of total server space for the website and email service. The space allocated to these services is divided, by default, into 4096MB for website resources and 16384MB for the simplified electronic mail service .*

* The volume of available server space can be increased or reduced by customers - depending on their usage needs - by subscribing to add-ons defined for this purpose and which are made available separately for Web Hosting.

Individual space for simplified email.

In simplified email format individual accounts have a minimum message storage space of 1024MB (1GB) per email account. The minimum data volume allows you to use your space for an extended period of time.

* Additives are available to increase space or to subscribe to professional email solutions from Microsoft^® with 50GB of space allocated per individual user.

Universal Compatibility.

Simplified email solutions include, by default, an email messaging system with universal support for POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP communication protocols. Compatibility with these protocols ensures immediate operation and integration with devices and software applications that support these technologies.

Exchange Online^® & Microsoft 365^®

Your Web Hosting solution can be integrated with professional email services available in several Microsoft solutions^® such as Exchange Online services^® or the Microsoft 365 suite of apps^®.

* These two solutions natively support the Exchange ActiveSync^® (EAS) communication protocol. The EAS protocol is a "proprietary format" for email developed and maintained by the development teams at Microsoft^®.

Synchronization via mobile network.

Exchange Online^® and Microsoft 365^® solutions enable efficient synchronization across devices and equipment that maintain permanent or intermittent access to mobile data networks. The EAS^® protocol offers a competitive advantage to employees who use the email service in a professional mobility format.
