The Easy Presence solution is a solution designed for small-sized companies and entities that seek to use their resources efficiently and spread the development costs of their new website over a period of more than twelve months.
The package of hours is the same as the Easy HTML5 solution.
The solution contains the same 120 hours of programming and development that are included in Easy HTML5. The hour package is applied to the design of a website in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, with no limit on individual pages or additional hours.*
The development process is similar to that of our other Web Design solutions with the particularity that the costs are spread over a period of twelve months, starting immediately after the launch and work completion phase.
* Easy Presence (accounting system): counted in fractions of 20 minutes; unused minutes can be converted into 360° Internet Services; the use of additional minutes is carried out using the formats available at "360° Internet Services" and in accordance with the tables in force.
The ideal solution for the catering sector.
The dispersion of costs is one of the many advantages, but for the catering sector one of the biggest benefits is the later availability of minutes that are not used during the website development process. This means that in addition to the 120 monthly minutes of 360° that are included in the Web Hosting version, for the period of 12 months of fractionation, our customers can use the remaining minutes of their 120 hours package in other tasks that fall within the scope of our Internet services and our services of Advertising and marketing.

Thus, almost a third* of the total value of this Web Design solution is distributed equally over a period of 12 months, with 12 months of Essential Internet Hosting included in Version 360° (valued at €238.80 + VAT), a gift certificate for subscribing to an Internet Domain (valued at €29.90 + VAT) and a 10-hour package (600 minutes) of 360 Internet Services° (worth €149.50 + VAT).

All programming is manual and is carried out using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. At every stage of development and monitoring of your project, the code for each individual page is checked for compatibility and optimization purposes.

Without the use of content management panels (CMS), the Easy HTML5 solution presents numerous advantages for our customers, most notably the increased security factor in protecting your website against malicious attacks and compromised access credentials.
Comprehensive content management.
Focus all your attention on the most important management tasks of your company or organization. We ensure the normal functioning of your website on a daily basis and manage its content through the format defined in your Internet Hosting plan.
Managed Web Hosting
Integration with hosting service.
We assign a set of Managed Web Hosting, domain registration and simplified email services free of charge for a maximum period of three months (in addition to the offers included in your Easy HTML5 solution).
You can use a concurrent server.
Although we highly recommend using our Web Hosting services, your Web Design solution can easily be migrated to an external server and used in a Web Hosting service from a company that competes with Pulsaris.
Access to a simplified email service.
The simplified email service can be used from the 1st minute the Internet domain integration process is complete on the server and associated DNS services. In addition, you can upgrade to an Exchange Online® professional email solution, according to the current rates.
World Wide Web Integration

The entire development process is based on the standards and guidelines established by W3C (International World Wide Web Consortium). The special approach we attribute to programming standards ensures compatibility and correct navigability for users and visitors to your website.

Forget about real-time databases.
Our solution does not use a real-time database and this is an absolute advantage in this format. All information is processed offline and, once processed, is sent to the Internet server. When online, the information is available in a static format, meaning there is no need for additional processing by a SQL data server. In other words, the server works more efficiently and this is also reflected in the energy consumption of the processor associated with it.
What if there are missing or spare Web Design minutes?
When these are not fully used, the remaining number of minutes can be migrated to your current plafond of "Internet Services 360°". Conversely, if during the development process these same minutes prove to be insufficient for the typology or complexity of your project, you can purchase and add minutes separately according to the table in force at the time for these minutes.
Don't worry, as in any project, the amount of time needed to complete the website is discussed regularly during meetings and is usually definitively established at the beginning, without any change or increase in the minutes needed for completion during the course of the project. . If you have any questions, you can always consult us at any time through your assistant, Customer Service or the Customer Ombudsman.
