Data management and storage media handling services are available to all customers with access to our IT solutions. The solution is ideal for companies, entities and professionals who want to store computer data relating to their activity safely and for data redundancy purposes.
Accounting is carried out using two systems of slots divided into 250GB intervals or 1TB (1024GB) / 5TB (5120GB) intervals. The first of these systems is called "Cloud Vault" and allows both offline storage and optional storage of your data in the "cloud". The second system of slots is called "Hard Drive Vault" and only allows offline storage of data, which is carried out on dedicated physical support with a data size equivalent to or greater than the occupied 1TB / 5TB slots.

3 The "Cold Storage (Offline Backup)" format allows the storage of an additional copy at Pulsaris facilities. For "1KB and 1024GB" slots this service is free for the first 21 days. After this period, the rates relating to this service will apply.
4 The Computer Assistance in Laboratory rates are always applicable to data handling and management, which are in addition to the values shown here. In-person IT assistance is carried out in accordance with the respective rates, with the IT data management table not being applicable (the assistance is charged at the hour).
5 The purchase of storage media(s) is optional in the "1KB to 1024GB" slots.
