Pulsaris offers this service starting at €89.90/month (annual permanence commitment) with the inclusion of 240 cumulative monthly minutes for assistance with your company's workstations and servers.

Balance your IT expenses

Assistance under these terms is suitable for short technical interventions that do not involve physical access to the computer equipment present at our customers' premises. In this mode, assistance is charged in installments of 30 minutes immediately after the first minute of interconnection with your workstation and so on in consecutive installments of 30 minutes, with special conditions for Web Hosting customers with a 360° hosting version.*

* Customers with minutes available in subscriptions to Web Hosting in 360° can use their "plafond" minutes on remote access assistance services (they cannot be used for in-person assistance). For this allocation of minutes, it is necessary to have an active "Remote Access" subscription duly registered with us.

Important: an active subscription is required to use our remote access assistance services.

1 Subscription includes 4 hours per month (240 minutes) for IT Assistance via Remote Access and/or On-site (the allocated amount makes a total of 48 hours per year).

2 The 240 monthly minutes are allocated every month and do not include the value(s) of any trips to customer premises (Lisbon district).

3 The 240 monthly minutes of subsequent months, belonging to the customer's active annual subscription (months that have not yet been used), can be anticipated for Computer Assistance operations via Remote Access and/or On-site Computer Assistance (only in the District of Lisbon).

4 Monthly "unused" minutes can be accumulated between months and between annual subscriptions that are active for consecutive periods.

5 Cancellation or non-renewal of the annual subscription implies the immediate loss of the remote access assistance service, with the remaining minutes being able to be used for in-person IT assistance. Renewal of the annual subscription must be carried out 21 days in advance as the maximum deadline.

6 Customers with Web Hosting plans in Version 360° can use their "Internet Services 360°" monthly minute allowance. (the use of this feature implies the existence of an active and duly regularized annual subscription to the "Remote Assistance Service"); the customer can only use the maximum plafond available for the month in which it is used (exclusively in remote assistance, this is not valid for On-site Computer Assistance); the use of minutes purchased in "360° Internet Services" packages is not allowed; If you have questions about this format, please contact us at it@pulsaris.eu.
