The Website Migration Service allows our customers to switch between different Internet hosting providers and services. Data transfer operations are available to all customers who own a website located at a Web Hosting provider or service without a loyalty period in effect. The migration process is carried out depending on the complexity of the website, using the minute accounting system of our 360° Internet services.
Processes transfer in both directions.
Website transfer processes can be carried out in different senses: the customer may order a transfer from an external supplier to a Pulsaris hosting service (when there is no loyalty agreement in force with the external supplier); or, in the opposite sense, the customer will be able to freely initiate a process of transferring Pulsaris services to an external supplier of their free choice (in accordance with the terms of their Web Hosting and/or Web Design solution.**
* On both In these cases, migration is charged according to the structural complexity of your current website and following the minute accounting system defined in 360° Internet services. If you have a prepaid package or a limit of minutes allocated to one of our solutions, the customer can easily pay off or use these minutes in their transfer process. ** Migration is not available for Blipcard® and Cartão de Negócio® solutions.

¹ Accounting method (separate hours): separate hours ("individual task") are always charged in fractions of 30 minutes after the first hour of the operation in progress.
¹ Accounting method (hour packages): time packages are immediately charged in 20-minute or 30-minute increments (depending on the scope of the operation in progress).

³ Operation at your facilities: journeys are charged according to the tariff in force at the date of the intervention (€1.90 + €0.75/Km) and an additional amount of €19.90 + VAT per individual journey.
